Bikes, scooters and dogs will not be permitted on any course. Pushchairs/Prams are allowed on the Hole in One 2.5km course. Children under 5 may also use a balance bike on the 2.5km course. Parents/guardians are responsible for children's safety on the roads at all times.
Traffic Management
Race pack pick up and registrations are at the Fairlie Green, Main Road, Fairlie on Friday 11th July 3pm - 6:00pm and Saturday 12th July from 7:30am - 12noon. Please ensure you give yourself plenty of time to register before your race starts. If you are in town on Friday 11th July, we would prefer that you pick your pack up that evening so there is not a huge rush on Saturday.
If there are still spaces available in the event, then you may register on Race Day. Online registrations close on 9th July 2025.
All competitors will receive a timing chip which is to be attached to one of your shoes. They cannot be carried in a pocket as it will not register on the timing mat and you will not receive a finishing time. If you are collecting more than one race pack, please ensure that you attach these chips to the correct racers shoes. Mixing them up will cause confusion at the finish line. This timing chip must be returned at the finish line or you will receive an invoice for $20.
Race numbers must be worn on the front chest area of the top you are wearing for the event and must be visible at all times. Please do not alter them. If you remove clothing layers during the event, please ensure the race bib is still visible.
