Course Description

Starting on the Village Green beside the WW1 Statue, your adventure begins as you head towards Timaru, passing the Railway Place entrance. As you continue, keep an eye out for the concrete culvert on the grass opposite Moreh, where you'll make a fun left turn. Follow Gray Street around on the right-hand side until you reach Mackenzie Street, where you'll turn right.

At the end of Mackenzie Street, you'll cross over to the left-hand side of Talbot Road. Just a few meters ahead, a gap in the fence invites you into the Golf Course, where a tape lane will guide you along the left-hand boundary. Follow the path as it loops around and brings you back out onto Talbot Road.

With a final crossing to stay on the left side, you'll make your way back up Talbot Road, eagerly anticipating the finish. As you turn into the Village Green, the excitement reaches its peak—especially after hitting those fun lolly stations along the way! Raise your hand high and proud as you cross the finish line, knowing you've earned your very own Mackenzie Half Marathon medal!
